Tordivel AS and Polytec GmbH announce a cooperation in distribution and support of Scorpion Vision Software.

 

This cooperation is in line with Tordivel's vision to be a global supplier of machine vision and image processing software and Polytec's strategy being the major supplier of machine vision components in German speaking Europe.

 

Scorpion Vision Software is an open and independent machine vision system tool offering "Twice the performance - Half the price". The system gives the production engineers the ease of use of a vision-sensor and still the flexibility and power of a custom vision-pc system. The system is founded on top of a standard Windows 2000 / XP PC platform benefitting from the ever increasing processing power of the Intel processors, low cost - high quality firewire cameras and the possibility and need to make multiple camera systems.

 

With more than 10 years experience in the machine vision market, Polytec has grown to one of the major suppliers of components and instruments in German speaking Europe.
